The Colorado Water Authority's Governor Appointed Board meets 7 times a year.
The Colorado Water Authority provides below market interest rates and subsidized municipal bond issuances.
There are 7 loan application deadlines a year, but applications can be submitted at any time.

PF/Grant is combined with SRF Loan funds to help keep debt burden down for BIL qualified and DAC borrowers.
DAC Qualified borrowers receive PF/Grant and reduced interest rates through the SRF program.
